"We Came, We Saw, We Conquered Hunger"

Following his success in battle, Julius Caesar announced, "Veni, vidi, vici" - "I came, I saw, I conquered". The Colosseum is a classic architectural representation of this Roman bravery and fearlessness. Gladiators who fought in the arena exhibited bravery in their quest for victory over their opponents. Over the past nine years, the MTE team has been relentless in the pursuit to defeat our opponent, hunger in our community. With your help, this year We Came, We Saw, We Conquered Hunger!

"The Benefits of Giving are Multiplied Many Times Over"

Research has proven what we have all known for ages - that giving yields countless benefits to both the receiver and the giver. Charity can be likened to a grain of corn which produces many ears, each ear yielding a hundred grains. We believe hunger CAN be eradicated and that every bit of effort towards this goal counts.
