Fitness Feeds the Community; a virtual fundraising initiative aimed at raising the necessary funding required by The Food Bank of Waterloo Region for successful operation, while simultaneously promoting health, fitness, strength, self-empowerment, confidence, mental health, and togetherness within our community!
