Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno, stem and seeds removed, finely diced
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ⅔ cup cilantro, finely diced (or 1 ½ teaspoons dried)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
