3 ways to celebrate Tim Hortons’ Holiday Smile Cookie campaign

Helping neighbours in need is a community effort. Here at The Food Bank of Waterloo Region, we couldn’t support our community the way we do without the incredible generosity of businesses like Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons not only supports our Food & Fund Drive program through sponsorship (which provides 44,000 meals!) but they have also selected us to be one of their chosen charities for their Holiday Smile Cookie campaign! From November 17 to 23, Tim Hortons locations in Kitchener–Waterloo are selling Holiday Smile Cookies in support of The Food Bank and Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.

This means that when you buy one of these delicious white chocolate sprinkle cookies, you’re not just helping kids go to camp—you’re also helping nearly 73,000 people in Waterloo region access the food they need! For every cookie you buy, you provide two meals to people in our community facing hunger.

Need a little pick-me-up to get you through a dark and dreary November workday? Whether it’s Monday morning, hump day, or Friday afternoon, a Holiday Smile Cookie from Tim Hortons is the perfect way to wake up, reward yourself for a hard day’s work, and recharge for the hours ahead.

Kick off the holiday season with kindness! Thank your co-worker/dentist/doctor/vet/Amazon delivery driver/mechanic for everything they do for you/your pet/your family/your car with a Holiday Smile Cookie from Tim Hortons. Want to show your appreciation to multiple people? Place a bulk order (12 cookies per box)! Just be sure to place bulk orders at least 48 hours before your pickup. Every box bought provides 24 meals for individuals and families in need.

Surprise someone you love

Want to put a smile on a loved one’s face? Stop by Tim Hortons on your way home from school or work and pick up a Holiday Smile Cookie for them. Your partner/spouse/child will love the tasty and thoughtful surprise.
