Ingredients
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1–1 ½ cup hummus of choice
- Choice of crackers
Instructions
- Cut top of bell pepper off and remove the seeds. Make sure to keep the top.
- Carefully carve a face of choice into pepper, just like carving a pumpkin (optional).
- Once carved, spoon hummus into bell pepper until filled to top.
- Place top of bell pepper on and enjoy with crackers and the bell pepper itself.
