Strawberry Cheesecake Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Divide cottage cheese mixture between two bowls and top with strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
