Deadlines:

December 31, 2025: Registration deadline

January 15, 2026: Initial design submission

January 31, 2026: Final design, sign information and payment

February 6, 2026: Food purchase/order (please try and place order as soon as possible to avoid delays.  Minimum 3-4 weeks lead time)

March 6, 2026: Food must be at The Food Bank, 50 Alpine Court, Kitchener

March 13, 2026: Build day at Conestoga Mall – Instructions and mall map

March 14– 22, 2026: Canstruction Waterloo Region and Donate to Vote

March 22, 2026 at 5 p.m.: Awards ceremony at Conestoga Mall

March 22, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.: De-Canstruction
