Ingredients
- 1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 (5 ounce) can chicken, packed in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 medium apple of choice, sliced into rounds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add drained chicken and cranberries. Mix until combined.
- Divide mixture evenly onto apple slices. Serve.
