Cranberry chicken salad on apple slices

Ingredients

  • 1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (5 ounce) can chicken, packed in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 medium apple of choice, sliced into rounds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add drained chicken and cranberries. Mix until combined.
  2. Divide mixture evenly onto apple slices. Serve.
