Strategic Plan, 2024–2027
In recent years, The Food Bank of Waterloo Region has worked hard to meet rising demand for food support. While committed to equitable service through the Community Food Assistance Network, we were often responding to urgent needs instead of planning ahead. Our new strategic plan marks a shift toward a more proactive approach—clarifying our role and strengthening how we communicate it. This plan is a collective effort, shaped by input from staff, Network partners, program participants, and the community. Together, we’re building a stronger, more coordinated response to hunger.
