Harvest Food Drive

The Food Bank of Waterloo Region’s 9th annual Harvest Food Drive returns on Saturday, October 3!

From noon to 4 p.m., stop by any Sobeys or Zehrs in Kitchener-Waterloo and make a cash donation.

Your gift helps us buy fresh, nutritious food for our neighbours in need. This food is shared with 61 local organizations supporting the nearly 73,000 people in Waterloo region who rely on food assistance.

And thanks to a generous Thanksgiving match from Conestoga Meats, every $1 becomes 4 meals (normally $1 provides 2 meals)!

Can’t make it in person? Text FOOD to 30333 to donate online—it’s added to your phone bill, and you’ll get a tax receipt from the Mobile Giving Foundation.

Non-perishable food items can also be dropped off in the in-store donation bins.
