Register a Corporate Group

Looking for something to do as a team or department?

The Food Bank hosts corporate groups to volunteer with us through our Engagement program. Our activities are typically two hours long and involve an activity in our warehouse such as sorting non-perishable or frozen donations, building hampers, or working in our Fresh Approaches Food Centre—followed by an informative tour of our distribution centre. It’s a great way to both connect as a team and spend time together giving back to your community.  

For Corporate groups that participate in the Engagement program, group sizes between 10 and 20 people can be accommodated and there’s a minimum donation of $750 per activity. This investment supports The Food Bank’s operational efforts to manage the intake and distribution of food.

After a tour of our facility and brief training, volunteers will be assigned various tasks throughout our distribution centre. Last year, more than 3,800 volunteers helped us supply millions of meals to neighbours in need!
