We know that in periods of difficulty, there is often an outpouring of support from the community. Please forward all offers of help, including food, volunteer support, mobile food distribution support to The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. It is important for the health and safety of the community that we receive and coordinate these requests.

Home Meal Delivery During the Pandemic
Do you need prepared meals delivered to your door during this pandemic? Meals on Wheels programs in Waterloo Region are expanding to provide meals to people unable to cook or visit a grocery store during COVID-19. If you are sick or self-isolating and need meals delivered to you, contact one of the following programs:
- If you live in Cambridge, Kitchener, North Dumfries, or Waterloo, contact: Community Support Connections at 519.772.8787.
- If you live in Woolwich, Wellesley or Wilmot Township, contact Community Care Concepts at: 519.664.1900 or 1.855.664.1900.
